Ресурс стартерной аккумуляторной батареи, как химического ресурса электричества, определяется главным образом режимом ее применения, при котором происходят процессы истирания находящихся в ней электродов (пластин). Осознавание подобных процессов дает возможность гарантировать высокий срок безотказной работы АКБ на автомобиле.
Определенное исполнение аккумуляторной батареи имеет определенный конструктивно-технологический (с учетом легирующих добавок к свинцу) ресурс, расходуя его, мы получаем ее настоящий срок службы. Насыщенное уничтожение пластин при работе происходит в ситуациях, когда долгое время стартерная аккумуляторная аккумуляторная батарея функционирует с низкой степенью уровня заряда (40-60%). При этом активное вещество с пластин оплывает в шлам, снижая емкость батареи, мощность ее разряда и срок верной работы. Типичная работа аккумуляторной батареи нарушается при снижении степени электролита ниже минимальной отметки (оголение верхних кромок пластин). Неприемлемо осуществлять доливку электролитом либо водой сомнительного качества, беречь АКБ в разряженном состоянии, допускать образование льда в зимнее время и подвергать глубоким разрядам. Следовательно, крупнейшую безопасность работы аккумуляторной батареи можно достичь, обеспечивая систематический контроль ее состояния в соответствии с инструкцией по эксплуатации, разработанной изготовителем. Особенно примитивные и довольно верные способы проверки состояния АКБ - измерение плотности электролита и измерение напряжения на полюсных итогах.
Если полюсные выводы фактически доступны для чистки их от окислов и подключения прибора у всех аккумуляторных батарей, то вероятность измерить плотность электролита в банках АКБ имеется не у всех типов. Ниже приведены несколько главных правил и требований, соблюдение которых повышает ресурс батареи:
• плотность электролита в ячейках АКБ (при типичном объеме его над пластинами) должна быть не ниже 1,24 г/см? (+25°C), а напряжение разомкнутой цепи (НРЦ) - не ниже 12,5 V;
• АКБ на автомобиле должна быть хорошо закреплена на установочной площадке;
• полюсные выводы нужно периодично чистить от окислов;
• пуск карбюраторного мотора должен проводиться с продолжительностью попыток 5-10 сек; повторяющиеся попытки пуска обязаны проводиться с промежутком 30-60 сек.;
• разряженная при неудачном пуске мотора аккумуляторная аккумуляторная батарея должна быть как можно быстрее заряжена;
• в зимнее время АКБ пригодно обогревать теплом от мотора, чтобы результативнее происходил ее заряд от генератора. Для этого часть радиатора (со стороны АКБ) уместно закрывать от встречного холодного потока воздуха.
Состояние батареи в существенной мере зависит от исправной работы электрооборудования. В первую очередь сюда нужно отнести генератор, регулятор напряжения и стартер. При неисправной электропроводке состояние батареи в практически любой момент может оказаться таким, что она не сумеет гарантировать пуск мотора. Изношенные контакты в замке зажигания, реле включения стартера, состояние выпрямительного блока генератора могут быть выявлены путем диагностирования. Их своевременная замена дает возможность предохранить АКБ от допустимых больших разрядов токами «утрат», отрицательно влияющих на дальнейший срок службы АКБ.
Батареи на кальциевых электродах исключительно отрицательно воспринимают большие периодические разряды. Эта специфика, незнакомая широкому кругу автовладельцев, приводит изредка к недоумению, отчего срок службы у аккумуляторной батареи (самой нынешней) оказывается очень коротким. Из изреченного следует, что ресурс стартерной АКБ (как резерв прочности и безопасности), заложенный в ее элементах и соединениях при изготовлении, в процессе работы не может быть изменен в сторону увеличения, а контроль условий, которые крайне плохо влияют на снижение ресурса АКБ, создает вероятность гарантировать довольную длительность безотказной работы.
